| Abstract |
Ministry of Construction and Transportation had changed the standard price, what is called the “Apartment Sale Price Cap”, for an apartment unit that is smaller than 85㎡ in 2005. As time goes on, the standard price should be adjusted for price variation of construction resources. Building cost index could be utilized for updating that price with easy and appropriate. Based on model apartment project which was adapted to calculate the recent standard price, new cost index were developed using standard factor method. They would facilitate updating the price and monitoring the price variation of a apartment housing cost and contributes to enhancing the applicability of construction cost data. |
