| Abstract |
The research on Korean green building certification was performed in 1997, and the result was announced in 2001. After the activation of the certification in 2002, many revisions have been done to improve the quality. The system on multi-housing units was announced on October 11th 2005, and began its operation from March 12th 2006. In this study, factors of the Korean green building certification system and that of foreign green building certification system were compared and analyzed on the indoor environment factors. The residents in multi-housing, who surveyed for this study, were classified by region, age, and their opinion over significance on indoor environment factors was analyzed. The analysis were conducted with the points of the indoor environmental factors allocated to the green building certification system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the demands of occupants on the indoor environment in regard to the existing certification factors. The analyzed result from this study would enhance the adjustment in the green building certification system in the future. |
