Abstract |
The function and performance of a building become lower than that of the time of construction, due to the physical and chemical transformation as time goes on. In addition, the deterioration phenomenon would be appeared by an environmental factors such as geographically natural conditions of the building location and the type of a building use. If an efficient management would be conducted from the dwelling time, the dwelling comfort could be given to the use of occupant’s space, and therefore the physical and economic waste can be mitigated. The systematic maintenance can finally be a desirable technique to make the housing lifetime long. This study aimed at is providing a components' hierarchy in terms of the building life cycle aspect for the apartment design to make up the repair time and effective maintenance management and to maintain the functions and performance maintenance of apartment. |
