Abstract |
Housing planning made much of separations in housing development and residential space for the purpose of mass supply of housing. As a result of, urban space is composed of self-completion, unit-oriented, individual regulations. Master architect technique is accepted to solve that integration of housing development and site planning. But there are no grounds in legislations and difference in workable operations. Thus, the results of this study about legislations of M.A technique for integrated planning are followings. Firstly, large scale residential site is obligated to plan with tools that should be integrated housing development and residential site. Secondly, In order to legislate law of integrated planning technique, regulations about housing control we need to effective maintenance and repletions by regulative tools. Thirdly, Planning system is built for the settlement of legislations with planning process, planning technic. Fourthly, design guidelines are set up to overcome limits of district unit plan that has general, rigid and complicate attribute by integrated planning technique. |
