Abstract Being complicated today, it develops the land use activity which is various to be, every each use activity it decides a most proper building use and satisfaction of use subject maximum anger the hazard which it does it is a static and space concept which stands and does not put on the building use comes to decide.
The purpose of this study is to examine the distributional patterns of building occupancy in residential zone. This study analyzes load width, use layer and floor area for distributional patterns. The case study area in seoul is 2 Gus in Gangnam area and 3 Gus in Gangbuck area.
With above together residential area permeation of commerce use and hazard use it is insensitive and does not put on it becomes the primary reason which deteriorates a house environment against the hazard residential area inside buffering area which closes an area for use transfer the use regulation for a use purification is necessary.
