Abstract |
The change of recognition for improving the residential environment shifted existing viewpoint regarding our culture and history. It also led the movement to preserve, inherit and develop the village which has long history, culture and individuality as the site of life. 'The project for cultural historic village' has been served by the Ministry of Culture. Also, tourism for villages has started with the same purpose since 2002. At first, the project was operated not the policy of the government but the voluntary participation of the regional resident and the private organization. Yet, the voluntary way was not sufficient because it was unclear who would decide specific ideas about 'Ma-ul-ga-ggu-gi' including the role and relation-planning of the participant. For that reason, there were many cases that could not continuously drive the project. In this case, I will find the reason what makes some projects still drive and will suggest possible plans in order to induce residents of Andong Gunja village to participate the second project for culture historic village. |
