| Abstract |
The domestic architectural construction industry is formed by institutions such as the Building Law, the Construction Act and the Construction Management Act, not by market force. Consequently, the construction industry is divided to a design, the supervision, and the execution. Moreover as a construction scale becomes bigger and specializes, distributive laws from Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs, Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, Ministry of Information and Communication etc. make up various construction market activation. The purpose of this research is to investigate problems and through examining the related laws with construction industry, and on basis of the result we'll discuss the reorganization of the construction industry. |
