Abstract Gypsum stimulants, a material to promote the Hydrating reaction Of Concrete Containing Pozzolanic Admixture, can obtain necessary solidity in early stage and improve admixture ratio through the promotion of possolanic reaction. Through this research, the research was executed about features of Gypsum Origin Early-strength Powder Type Admixture made in china, now widely used for Concrete Containing Pozzolanic Admixture in domestic and overseas market, and about its solidity and durability features when adapted to concrete.
1) The main components of Gypsum Origin Early-strength Powder Type Admixture are gypsum of 60% ratio. 40% of them are anhydrous gypsum, stimulant to facilitate hydration reaction of cement. 2) I have deduced formula for admixing amount and strength. The strength test till 7th day, showed strong correlation in admixture amount and aging time against strength. When it could make mixture schedule to deduct admixture amount, secure higher effectiveness. 3) The concrete with Gypsum Origin Early-strength Powder Type Admixture implies lower level of carbonation resistance, freezing & thaw resistance, and porous features as the admixture ratio increases. Regarding the variation ratio of length, the mixture ratio, below 0.6, of Early-strength Powder Type Admixture of Gypsum Origin suggests better results than normal concretes.
Analyzing above-mentioned total, the optimal mixture amount of Gypsum Origin Early-strength Powder Type Admixture is 0.6% of the entire amount used for the research.
