Abstract The interest of leisure and culture activity bring about the quantitative increase of public culture facility. It indicate the effort of bring culture benefits to the disables who used to be the social alienation class. Especially, there are less programs and technology to help the blinds to take the education and culture activities in exhibition space by sense of eye sight. So it is indicated very positive way which is using the smart technology to solve the limitation. This study aimed at indicating the experiential space design, that applied the smart technology which is useful for blinds by analysis the blinds behavior and the exhibition program for blinds. Because of smart technology insert to the experiential space, technology can be positively describe the sensing information for example sense of eye sight information conversing to sense of touch and sense of touch conversing to sense of eye sight. So physical space element can be a flexible space. Flexible changes of space is not only changeable space which follow the user's need, But also can satisfy the sensible need of user.
