Abstract Nonghyup's business types as a domestic chartered bank are diversified with internationalization and large size of regional environment in rural community by opening of change and business environment. The purpose of this research, therefore, first, is to grasp necessity of functional node as central rural region and worldwide flowing of Agricultural Cooperative Association(ACA), and second grape special characteristics and limitation of ACA building after investigating and analyzing other financial institutions and building cases that built recently finally, present ideal design plan and methodology. According to the analysis result of space composition planning characteristics and after dividing design drawing into 4 sectors such as window, management service, public use in Nonghyup case that was mainly construed by remodeling, window territory occupies the most spaces territory. For this reason, other territory besides window one has relatively area limitation and each space crosses other territory of window, and it is absolutely necessary to arrange reasonable space. Also Nonghyups' building space composition newly constructed separates each room by each story and consists various space program by territory and flow separation. These space composition ways have not peculiar difference from existing banks. Therefore, it is necessary that regional Nonghyup in rural centered town not only needs multi-functional space composition for economy business that has node function but simple confidence business as synthesis banking group.
