| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data of planning the service facilities based on life behavior of residents who live in permanent rental housing in Daegu. The various demands of residents which are influenced by the regional, economical characteristics and social factors are hard to develop a residential area project based on consistent life style. Permanent rental housing in Daegu has uniform standards of selecting residents, Therefore, this study makes it an object. Life behavior in this study is divided into four types, neighborhood relationship, leisure, shopping, and service use behavior. In this study, we analyze characteristics of residents focused on studying neighborhood relationship and leisure behavior. According to the result of this study, we can provide guidelines for stability of residential environment of low income residents. |
