| Abstract |
The house related legislation was used for specific means in construction action. The house related legislation contains society of the age, economy, cultural side. Legislation had changed according to house supply policy. Change process of legislation can understand present situation. The Purpose of this research investigates diachrony in relation with area regulation and unit plan.The results of this study are as follow: First, unit plan length much appeared by limitation of house scale like customary design in each room length. Second, revision of area relation standard did purity use space of privae space to widen. Third, slenderness ratio knew that it is increasing for unit plan crosswide on the whole. |
