Abstract |
This study analyzed the relationship of building height's determinant factors street of one side and land parcels in the building-height regulations. If a site scale and form are the same the result increased the building height, even as the street is broad, the oblique-line coefficient is great, and the measurement spot is far from a lot boundary line. A excel formula presented by this study can be apply a basis data that decided block-level height and alternative for estimating building height and floor area |
