Abstract |
Adjoining case street more than two side and land parcels., building height make a difference by the number of adjoining street and height application methods. If the number of adjoining street are numerous, height restriction so strict that building height is decreased, or not building height is increased. Building height's application methods of adjoining case street more than two side are two ways either in Seoul and Busan or in Suwon city Gyunggido. Also, building height is distinguished from application methods. This study makes use of basis material as building height's controlling method by analyzing relationship between the number of adjoining street and height application method. |
