| Abstract |
The Green Building Certification System of Korea was enforced in 2002, and 6 kinds of Green Building Certification Criteria are now in operation. About 200 buildings acquired certification until 2006, but many people don't fully understand each item of Green Building Certification Criteria yet.The purpose of this study is to analyze 15 certified office buildings and to find the way to acquire high scores. As a result of analyzing the scores of 15 cases, 15 items out of 40 items acquired mainly low scores. We found the reasons why they had acquired low scores. |
