| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to develop TACT Planning & Scheduling process model based on work-flow in order to enhance the possibility of application in practical work site. The proposed model treats production rate and productivity data of activities as control variables to guarantee the continuous operation of the work unit. This study derives TACT Planning & Scheduling process based on work flow from current process is composed of three parts which are Control Schedule Phase, Detail Schedule Phase and Working Schedule Phase. Also this study proposes TACT Planning & Scheduling process model that is made up specific procedures and methods of every phase.The main result of this study was summarized as follows; TACT Planning & Scheduling process model based on work flow could lead continuous performance improvement through the waste and reduction factor elimination. |
