Abstract |
Remodeling is a process which creates a new environment based on the formal building. So, we should reflect residents' demands faithfully and complement weak points of the formal building thoroughly, after grasping many problems, when we have a plan to do a remodeling. Especially, house builders should consider residents' intentions and demands, convenience of management, and image improvement of a housing area. Besides, they should deliberate and clear how to do the essential points in remodeling, because it is ambiguous to possess. In case of apartment houses, it is hard to satisfy various demands of individuals, because residents are different even though every household takes a monolithic plan. It is a very complicated decision process and also an essential process to decide the priority of residents' demands at planning stage. Thus, this study intends to present very useful reference materials which can be utilized on apartment remodeling hereafter, through analyzing priority of residents' demands hierarchically using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), in order to lead it to the more proper direction that contains rational demands of residents. |
