| Abstract |
The importance of environment-friendly building has been increasing recently in our society. However, further incentive methods are required to actively promote GBRS (Green Building Rating System). For this purpose, survey to expert group in architectural field has been conducted to suggest additional incentive methods. The results from this survey show that policies, such as reducing taxes or providing extra points for bidding, seem to be more effective for the invigoration of the incentive system. The samples of survey were analyzed with SPSS 11.0 Windows. |
