| Abstract |
This study is aimed at grasping the actual state of facilities maintenance and its problems through the on-the-spot inspection of maintenance for school facilities and the survey intended for facilities managers and public officials in technical post, of Daejeon Education Office. In addition, based on the current problems regarding maintenance of educational facilities obtained from the survey, this study intended to propose efficiency plans. Accordingly, it suggests some efficiency plans to set up maintenance support system such as expert pool system and operation of call center, to determine the level of facilities management status under Level Matrix, to grant incentive, to standardize maintenance process, to legislate performance data, and to apply web-based system. |
