| Abstract |
Processing the Systems of the Capital, the long-term social housings are getting driven out suburbs of the mega cities. the steeply accelerating price of the estate is the core problem to make the social housing. The main residents of that is comprised of relatively social weaks such as handicapped person, one widowed family and handicapped old ages. These complexes are usually located far away from the downtown which they work on. In this situation, thinking the Seoul, the land of the railway and highway area in the mega city, can be regarded the obstacles to utilize the area effectively. Nowdays, the cases of railroad development are ascending, which is the public-private co-operation system. This study speculate the possibilities of the development to make link with the social housing complex. This can be the alternatives in the meaning of effective utilization of the land and land supply. |
