| Abstract |
The questionnaires, interviews, and data analysis are performed to improve the current system of safety diagnoses for the reconstruction decision of residential buildings. The results of those activities are as follows. (1) The current system of the pre-qualification in safety diagnoses is not capable of objectivity, impartiality, and specificity. Thus, the public institutions with specificity should carry out the pre-qualification for reliable and organized evaluation. (2) The level of pre-qualification should be strengthened. (3) It is necessary to improve related provision to guarantee practicality of pre-qualification verification system. (4) It is reasonable judgment to obligate verification system of result report on related upper law, because analysis result basis become known titularly though the practice of verifying a safety diagnosis result report is prescribed not in duty but in recommendation under current basis. (5) The deadline for making application must have an upward tendency settlement considered durability of structure in the long term to reduce waste of resources. (6) The current provision and manuals for safety diagnosis to adopted to be adjust to masonry structure and PC structure. |
