| Abstract |
The rapidly changing industrialization and urbanization is often leading to a result of the ecosystem and environment disruption. A systematic evaluation on the construction technology planning for Eco-Polis is required to meet the need for the environmentally friendly development in the urban and housing development. Thus, this paper develops the index of life service that affects the Eco-Polis planning and presents the results of the evaluation for the construction and economic efficiency on the Eco-Polis and Eco-park creation. A structured survey questionnaire based on the index was used to examine the relative importance on the development elements proposed in this paper. As a result of cognition irradiation analysis about ecopolis and the development of cities, complexes and suberb area's, the most important design aspect within these area's are water resources. |
