Abstract To shorten a time of the construction, the construction methods should minimize the building cycles of one floor and make a zoning in the plane. Therefore, the methods should be reasonable and efficient. The representative methods are the N method and the American installation method to steel structure, the CFT(Concrete Filled Steel Tube) to column system and the ACS(Automatic Climbing System) Form to core wall. Especially, the N method and the American installation method contributed for shortening a time of the construction in Tower Palace and other project also. The N method and the American installation method made these achievement happen such as the VE improvement, the shortening a time of the construction, the cost reduction, the no-accident completion and the efficient quality-management. The Purpose of this paper is to propose a good case study ,which is studied and analyzed, and help to the next similar high-rise building project.
