| Abstract |
The Housing Redevelopment Project in Seoul has contributed to housing supply quantitatively, whereas it has arisen many problems in operation and management. The most serious problem is irregular form of lot which is designated by the law for the project. because of the irregular shape of lot, infrastructure like a road has not been provided sufficiently. Furthermore the area which is not large enough to develop is left behind due to the low benefit.The purpose of this study is to examine the present status of housing redevelopment project and the transition process of law and suggest practical solutions for problems from standard and principle of housing redevelopment project which designate zone. |
