| Abstract |
Fields of the domestic construction supervision are divided into architecture, electricity, information and communication and fire with the individual laws. There is a lack of relationships between supervisions. The gap brings degradation of performance, increase of supervision fee and dispute between laws. The purpose of this research is to suggest the integration method of supervision branches. As a first step of the method for the integration of construction supervision, it is suggested to find the suitability of individual laws and to integrate of architecture supervision which has been divided into Architecture law, Housing law, Construction Technology Management law. And on the basis of this, ultimately, it is also suggested adopt the total agency which can supervise the architecture, electricity, fire. The total agency is a company which can supervise all the aspects of the construction supervision by various laws such as the architecture, electricity, information and communication and fire and can also improve the quality of construction and efficient performance of the estimated cost. |
