| Abstract |
Amid the rapidly changing constructional business conditions, construction sectors showed insufficient improvements in quality management for its expansion in size. Especially, construction works for educational facilities of elementary, middle and high schools has been performed by the mid-sized construction companies who are not capable of doing systematic quality management while the requirements of the customers are getting higher. In order to deal with the rapidly changing business conditions and to enhance the quality level at the same time, it is urgent to reorganize the effective quality management system by doing the overall and systematic analysis about current situation of construction site.Accordingly, through the survey about the mind and status of quality management of the construction companies of domestic educational facilities and its related personnel, this study will focus on which level our current quality control system arrived at. The purpose of this study is to provide the preliminary data for the establishment of quality management for the construction site of the domestic educational facilities by analyzing the survey results. |
