| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of current public housing in Singapore. This study have investigated the design, banking, construction, consulting, promotion, management of public housing in the Housing Development Board. On the basis of substantial analysis, five issues are raised as major factors of success of public rental housing : public initiative, banking system and financial support planning, cooperating with profession for comprehensive and long-term master plan, improvement design quality, user-friendly policy. |
