| Abstract |
The Architecture Law was established for development of building's security, function and beauty through the legislation of building's size, frame, and of the standard for installation, and of the Building Use. And It is a kind of the administrative regulation that the building regulation restricts the rights or addings the duties of the people. Because these regulations are almost added by the building use and scale, it is the most important factor that 'Building Use Classification' manages the building regulations. But now, 'Building Use Classification' regulates the Architecture law, Fire Services Act, Building Act of Parking Lot and so on. So it's difficult to make a application between the related laws. So, the purpose of this study is to deduct the issue and to make use of the base data that improving the Building Use Classification. |
