| Abstract |
The purpose of this research was to analysis the correlation of the characteristics of dwellers and residential satisfaction in Busan, Gyeongnam newtown apartment housing. The contents of research is to identify characteristics of dwellers, which migth have an influence on residential satisfaction in apartment housing. In conclusion, the number of a family, the floor lever, the size of housing unit and tenure had statistically significant correlations with the residential satisfaction in apartment housing. In order that may offer settlement-environment satisfying dwellers' need within newtown apartment housing, it need to consider on good quality of residential environment primarily |
