| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to examine closely the characteristic of factor in the substandard housing of the minimum housing standard in the case of Jeonju city. For the process of this study, made the most use of the '2005 census', classified the type of the substandard housing of the minimum housing standard by drawing the important factor to can be analyzed. And then, classified into three large groups to the dwelling environment, examined closely the characteristic in the substandard housing of minimum housing standard by analyzing the characteristic of grouping.The result of the study include the followings. The lower housing supply ratio and apartment ratio in the housing(type 1), the higher the ratio of the substandard housing of the minimum housing standard. And the substandard housing of the bedroom standard have an effect on substandard housing of the minimum housing standard than the equipment standard in the detailed factor deciding substandard housing of the minimum housing standard, the higher housing supply ratio and apartment ratio in the housing(type 3). |
