| Abstract |
The study?analyzed the correlations between the construction accidents and the construction management process,?and established the improved?ways of the self-regulated safety management between the head office and the construction sites by the practice of construction management process. Moreover, the study?verified the improvement?by analyzing the practice rate through the construction site's evaluations about the safety management and the construction management process. Proposed?self-regulated safety management system provides?the uniformed standard and the procedure of the safety management and let construction managers practice these rules which detect and remove the potential risk in every construction phase. Therefore, these efforts could ultimately promote the competitiveness of construction company by ensuring the quality, the safety and the efficiency in the construction projects. ?The purpose of this paper is proposing?the reasonable safety management system between the head office and the construction sites by the practice of construction management process. |
