Abstract |
In order to meet the client's request for the shortening of the construction time in the project, it was necessary to adopt some efficient methods to shorten the time in framework, such as CFT(Concrete Filled Steel Tube) to the column system, N method/American installation method to the steel structure, and ACS(Automatic Climbing System) Form to the core-wall etc. Above all things, CFT, which called "Concrete Filled Steel Tube" and consists of a steel pipe or square filled with concrete, made the temporary work exclusive by simultaneously pouring concrete over 3~4 floors and it contributed to make these possible; such as the shortening the terms of work, the cost reduction and the improvement of quality and safety. Moreover, the complex cross-shape diaphragm was developed to improve the construction workability. The CFT method was applied to achieve the 3days cycle construction per floor in the framework and to complete the project with the domestic high speed of construction . The purpose of this study is to help next high-rise building project by analyzing and studying the CFT method in this paper. |
