| Abstract |
Current construction companies have many difficulties in developing apartment house and obtaining developing order because of whole economic slump and government's strengthening of private and public house regulation. To overcome these difficulties construction companies are groping active strategy such as business developing of apartment houses for coping with the situation of economic slump and receiving competition. Actually, many researches and studies are carrying out in operating stage for the purpose of successful apartment project conduction and result. But, construction business of apartment house has a feature of uncertainty accompanied by the repeatable risk. The feasibility analysis of apartment house business in earlier planning stage has significant meaning for successful performance. The business feasibility analysis must be conducted through analyzing policies related with land and house to cope with market flow. Thus, this study aims to suggest the operating process of apartment house business in earlier planning stage through analyzing earnings and expenses of domestic apartment house business cases which were operated after 2000 considering changes of government policies. |
