| Abstract |
The lower part plan of super high rise mixed-use residential building is subordinate to a residental area and it indicates the closed aspect in urban connection, because of the disturbance of resident's privacy. Thus, it is necessary to study on the methods, which maintain revitalization of urban functions, via overcoming closed aspect and improving public accessibility of lower part in super high rise mixed-use residential building, considering the aspect of resident's privacy and safety in a mixed-use Residential Building. Here, we demonstrated the basic data, which could be applied to the design elements of lower part plan in super high rise mixed-use residential building. In this study, we select factors to be affected to the public accessibility and investigated/analysed the lower part of super high rise mixed-use residential building for the collection of valuable data. |
