Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to suggest the planning process of Maul-mandulgi with citizen participation which is observed as a method of living environment improvement in a dwelling. Especially, this study observed possibilities and expectative effects of a project through administrative supports when promoting Maul-mandulgi with citizen participation, and considered the planning process focused on relation-role and action at the case of project in Doksan3-dong. The terms, 'Citizen participation', 'Maul-mandulgi', which are used as various meanings was defined through related researches and references, and was used as the meaning which was emerged from the process of a case analysis. The planning process was adapted to the project by observing that projects with administrative supports usually concentrated on physical environment improvements and barely continued long, and following works were presented by problem seeking in the process of the case. As a result, this study clarifies that forming a master plan and Maul-mandulgi organization are very useful ways to make up the weak points of current Maul-mandulgi. |
