| Abstract |
Construction cost for building mechanical system makes up twenty percent of total construction cost. With the growth of industry and living quality, the importance and resulting cost of building mechanical system increase more and more. Thus it is necessary to examine construction cost for building mechanical system closely for the prediction of total construction cost. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing upon the construction cost and construction cost prediction based on the actual cost data for building mechanical system. As results, dominant factors influencing upon the construction cost and construction cost prediction equation for the building mechanical system were deduced. |
