Abstract |
We have analyzed sunlight environment impact on the basis of layout plans of green building certified apartment complexes in the housing land development area. We gave grades according to the change in securing rate of people's right to sunlight in the neighboring areas at the time of approval. This was done by surveying the range of neighboring areas adjoining the apartment housing whose right to light might be infringed upon and by surveying the impact by decrease of daylight hours etc, by applying the analytical technique of sunlight environment impact. The probable infringing area of the right to sunshine does not always increase as the number of floors of apartment housing rises. The reason why this probable infringing area expands is that, as the number of floors rises, the distance from the boundary line differs, due to this distance an azimuth angle of building types watching from each affected areas differs. Accordingly, by investigating probable infringing area to people's right to sunlight, we need to take advantage of this result as a means for minimizing the infringement of people's right to sunshine in the neighboring areas when we approve the usage of green building certified apartment complex. |
