| Abstract |
The architect could gather design information through POE(post-occupancy evaluation) that occupants evaluate their building environment after using the building. Specially super-tall residential buildings which increase latest have new residential environment, so it's essential to offer POE information to the architect. But actually POE is not used actively as design information in the process of design. This was advanced a part of the study to develop Communication Model, the last step of the POE Model for the super-tall residential buildings. The purpose of this study was to analyze the recognition and utilization of POE of super-tall residential buildings . The method of study is to question architects who have experiences to design super-tall residential buildings and to interview some of them significantly. As a result, there's no POE information of proper contents and forms while Architect need greatly design information of POE of super-tall residential buildings, which needs to be improved. And as the process of POE, it's to be desired to do General POE and Project-based POE simultaneously. |
