| Abstract |
Recently, the housing market in India has been showing high growth ratios due to the policy to reinforce the attraction of foreigners' investments and steady increases of the middle-class. Especially, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore are the cities with dense population where high-rise apartments have been developed and the demands for them are steadily increasing. this study is to compare between the high-rise apartment unit plan in India that are emerging as a new market and the high-rise apartment units in Korea in order to analyze differences in unit plans and hammer out the natural environmental factors and sociocultural differences affecting them. |
