| Abstract |
This study aims at proposing necessities of new layout design method of apartment complex using tower type. Now a days apartment is taking a key role in the residential culture in Korea. We have so many development cases of apartment complex. None the less still design skill in the matter of environmental condition such as daylight, view and cityscape is bad. So this paper analysed daylight and view conditions of existing complex first and then general cases of apartment according to the tower type and the plank type of the apartment, and deduced the necessities of application of tower type from this analysis. Finally applying new layout method considering characteristics of daylight and view, we can have apartment complexes which are perfect in daylight, give better view to dwellers than existing complex. In the end this method also make it possible to design apartment building free from height. Using this design method we can have various shapes and height of apartment building to make good cityscape. |
