| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to improve the wrong practice and environment through analysis problems and present conditions of an building artworks in apartment complex. The artifacts alienated from the outside environment or environment in a housing development, has been deprived of place-capacity and meanings with absence of architectural plannings and systems. This study is about the Public Artifacts of apartment complex in Seoul, It comes to conclusions by providing the reasonable solutions and feasible alternatives, after reviewing from the view points of systems, building code, publicity and architectural planning. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to make possibility for the Public Artifacts and provide the foundations with new system. In detail, it is important for this study to propose artifacts' basis in the apartment complex as public arts with limits of relevant laws and absence of architectural planning's view points. |
