| Abstract |
Applying spatial analysis methods derived from Space Syntax theories, this study intends to analyze major land-use patterns in the Central Business District(CBD) areas. In specific, it focuses on quantifying the relationship between the spatial factors and land-use characteristics in Cheongju CBD. After repeated experiments between spatial integration and CBD land use patterns, this study finds that sales, service, business, and residential values are statistically significant. The same trends are repeated between spatial integration and zonal areas. Lastly, this study reconfirms the fact that the most profitable functions seem to locate along the highest order of boulevards. These results imply that there exists dynamic relationship between spatial integration and official land price in Cheongju CBD areas. |
