Abstract |
Applying cooling system and ventilation system separately in a apartment, it's not only difficult to achieve optimum control to save energy but also restrictive on floor or ceiling height‘s usage. Moreover it is uneconomical in the aspect of LCC. So cooling and ventilation integrated system development has been very vital up to now. As the result of 4 years round study, we developed cooling and ventilation integrated systems which are suitable to control comfort and IAQ conditions in high-rise dwellings. The most appropriate method to combine cooling and ventilation applying to apartment houses was all air system. In consequence of the mock-up model testing, its compatibility and performance meet to the required conditions of ventilation standard and thermal comfort. To develop cooling and ventilation combined systems, we have performed a lot of works - documents and questionnaire surveys, measurements of finishing material's contaminants emission level, cooling and heating load analysis, set up of the optimum ventilation volume, system components evaluation and design, mock-up system building and so on. |
