Abstract Uncertain risk factors increase according as building construction projects in present are larger and more complicated and this is numerous risk factors compared with others because building construction process are many interested parties. Although parties of construction projects recognize importance of schedule risk management, they feel constraint because risk management process and tools are not systematized. So construction managers need more developed risk management system which recognize risk factor of occurrence possibility and need to deal with risk adequately through risk management system. In accordance with this situation, the object of this study is finding risk factors on the reinforced concrete construction, and analyzing influence of risk factors in relation to construction cost increase and schedule delay. Through this study, we have made it possible to extract items to care about, from the point of construction cost increase and schedule delay on the reinforced concrete construction, And for this reason, we can predict the parts which has potential to be a problem and prepare for it in advance.
