| Abstract |
Considering the value of the external space of the apartment complex inside being increased sharply, this study has been carried out with a view to answer for structural method of the external space in preparation for any future old and poor apartment complex to be rebuilt by finding out any problems to be arised from analysis of structural method of the external space and seeking measures for improving such problems. Theoretical research on reconstruction and external space will be performed in advance and later after sampling of apartment complex to be rebuilt, investigation will be performed on the real status and any problems thereof will be elicited. So we shall improve the quality of living environment by structuring more comfortable and efficient external spaces for future apartment complex reconstruction. |
