Abstract |
Recently, residential construction companies are trying to mitigate resident's dissatisfaction mostly in order to keep the company's brand image by operating customer service team. But many cases of litigations are occuring by some representatives of apartment buildings incited by planned suit lawyers without any negotiation with countrepartner companys. So the cases of lawsuit are growing on residential defects in these days. However, in spite of lawsuit taking longtime to sentence(about more than one year), judged amount of money is very few (averaging about 14%) compared with asserted amount of it. So, lawsuits are no longer available solution of defect letigation, more realistic alternative ways are needed. In this study, more realistic methods to resolve the defect litigations occurred in apatrment housing are suggested by lawsuit case study and survey to aparement residents. |
