Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to evaluate limitation of territoriality expressed by visual perception in the service space of the multiplex cinema which raises a consumer satisfaction. As for the research method, this research collected and re-arranged the data after surveying, arranging the multiplex service space and its limitability, and selecting an object site. After drawing up a questionnaire, this research conducted a survey on experts, analyzed and re-arranged the collected data using SPSS Program 14.0. The results are as follows: First, to arrange the most positively verified elements on the perception of limitability of each case, its first-place is gone to the materials, color and lighting of a ceiling followed by the lighting, color and materials of a wall and the lighting of a column. Second, as the result of verifying visual-perceptive factor samples affecting preference, the color and form of the floor in the case of 'M4' was revealed to have an effect on preference. As a result of analyzing visual-perceptive factor samples affecting the perception degree of limitability, there appeared the pattern of a ceiling first followed by materials for a wall and color of a wall in the case of 'M2' while materials for a wall first followed by lighting, form, lighting on a column and color were extracted in the case 'M4.' Third, as a result of analysis of the correlation between limitable perception and space preference of multiplex service space, the higher the limitable perception, the higher value of space preference. Accordingly, to heighten users' satisfaction in time of planning multiplex service space, it is suggested that visual-perceptive approach that can afford to show the limitation of a realm should be considered. |
