| Abstract |
In order to obtain good project performance, the performance of construction work process should be improved. Traditionally, good project performance means a project is on budget and on time with expected quality. Thus, most project managers have used project performance indicators concerning time, cost, quality, safety, profitability, etc. However, these performance indicators focus on a phase of company or project, and it is difficult of these performance indicators to discover potential problems. Thus, this paper suggests three concepts, based on TFV, that are reliability, efficiency and effectiveness to measure the performance of task and we apply them to construction site for usability. |
