| Abstract |
National real estate market has known for speculation, however, along the increasing interest in real estate development, it has been activated. But, because of many regulations of national market, most of major companies are looking for alternative markets in foreign countries. In other words, these companies take risk of foreign investment which is caused by regulations of national real estate market. In this situation, even though China is a neighboring country of Korea, the Korean advance into China is not activated in residential building. This study intends to establish a project process of real estate development based on chinese present case of real estate market. |
