Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the seismic performance of RC Moment Frame building according to different building highs and depth. The prototype buildings(hight/width=1, 2, 3, 4, 5, depth/width=0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.25, 1.5) are designed according to the current design code(KBC 2005) and their seismic performances were evaluated by nonlinear static analysis. According to the analysis results, response modification factors of analysis model were increased with increase of building highs due to increase of ductility and were decreased with increase of depth due to decrease of ductility. The response modification factor which is Determined is larger than response modification factor of current code. And the result of seismic performance evaluation based on the capacity spectrum method satisfied an performance levels of collapse prevention. |
